eMAM Vault Base System

eMAM Vault storage and archive management system. Ingest, Organize, Deliver, Archive, Annotate, Add Markers, Tags, Sub-clips, Approval (Internal), 5 Users.

eMAM Vault is a powerful system to manage media processing, storage and archive in any number of cloud or local/on premise environments. It can run on one or two servers locally, in the cloud, or as a hybrid to manage any quantity of media in storage and archive.

Features include:

  • Create proxy: the system automatically uses a transcoder to make a lightweight proxy copy of the media for preview and sharing to minimize the movement and processing of the original media
  • Assign media: the media can be assigned to any number of categories and projects to organize media and control permissions
  • Tag media: before or after ingest, the media can be tagged with any number of custom metadata fields
  • Search: from the web interface, users can perform simple and advanced search and make public or private search filters to simplify later searches
  • Browse: users can look at search results as either thumbnails or as a list
  • Preview proxies: users can preview proxy copies of the media from the web interface
  • Deliver or download needed media: users can download or select from any type of predefined delivery location
  • Archive and restore media: users can send media to any supported cloud or local archive system and then restore later as needed. eMAM supports an unlimited amount of storage
  • 5 active defined users
